Submission of Documents for Promotion of CT-IT Notification E&SE Department KPK

The notification no. 7575-7650/ F.No 4/ Seniority of CT -IT (BPS-12) to SST-IT (BPS-16)/ Promotion issued by the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. A notification was issued on 20th January 2022 at Peshawar and the main focus was Submission of Documents for Promotion of CT-IT to SST-IT n BPS-16.

However, the employees who are working as CT-IT in GHS and GHSS schools for the last 5 to 7 years, are promoted because they are fulfilling the promotion policy for SST-IT. So, Government gives the opportunity to all those employees to send their documents for promotion purposes. Details of the notification are as below;

             I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to submit the following documents in respect of CT-IT teachers for their promotion of the post SST-IT (BPS-16) as per Final Seniority List ready reference copy at the earliest for preparation of Working papers to be placed before the DPC within (15) Fifteen days positively for further necessary action, please.

• Attested copy of 1^st Appointment Order Along with Regularization Order
• Copy of attested CNIC
• Copy of Bachelor’s Degree Master Degree with DMC in Computer Science BCS/BS Computer Science or Bachler Degree with a subject of Computer Science with B.ED Degree or equivalent qualification
• Non Involvement Certificate duly attested countersign by the DEO concerned.

• Domicile
• ACRs in Original from the date of 1^st Appointment
