Streamlining of Provincial Selection Board Notification KPK Establishment Department

The notification no. SO (PSB) ED /1-25/2021/ KC issued by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Establishment Department. A notification was issued on 17th January 2022 at Peshawar and the main focus was Streamlining of Provincial Selection Board (PSB) meeting in Secretariat.

However, the PSB meeting is held on to discuss the problems faced by the education employees during their service. Try to reduce or sort out these issues in a good manner to compensate employees. So, details of notification are discussed below;

Dear Sir

                I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even No. dated 23.12.2021 on the subject and to say that the PSB meeting has been scheduled to be held in 1st week of March 2022. The working papers complete in all respects for promotion to be placed before the PSB meeting may be furnished well before the cutoff date which is fixed as 18.2.2022 Most importantly. Working papers of the officers who are on the verge of retirement and falling in the promotion zone must be forwarded on a priority basis.

               I am further directed to say that no working paper will be received after the mentioned cutoff date and that the Administrative Department will be responsible for any delay in submission of working papers and the resultant deprivation of any officer from promotion/consideration.
