The notification no. F.16(1)/2021-LGE-KP(Vol-I) issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan. A notification was issued on 9th February 2022 at Islamabad and the main focus was the Revised schedule of Local Elections in KPK remaining districts.
However, the Local Election was held on 19-12-2021 in various districts of KPK. Now revised Election schedule in the remaining districts of KPK is announced. So, the details of notification are as below;

REVISED SCHEDULE FOR CONDUCT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION ( 2ND PHASE) IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

No.F.16 (1) 2021-LGE-KP(vol-1):- In pursuance of the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal No. 224/2022 dated 9-2-2022 whereby the Peshawar High court Abbottabad Bench order in Writ petition No 116-A/2022 dated 1.2.2022 was suspended, and in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it under Articles 140A (2) and 219(d) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with Sections 58 and 219(3) of the Elections Act, 2017 sub-section (1) of Section 75 & Section-86 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act, 2013 sub-rule (1) of Rule – 15 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Councils (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2021 and all other powers enabling it in the behalf; the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to revise its earlier schedule issued vide notification No. F.16 (1) 2021- LGE-KP dated 20-1-2022 and calls upon the voters of Tehsil / City Councils, Village Neighborhood Councils of districts Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Kohistan, Upper, Kohistan Lower, Kolai Palas Kohistan, Swat, Malakand, Shangla Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Chitral, Upper, Chitral Lower Chitral, Orakzai, North Waziristan and South Waziristan, of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and in connection therewith appoints the following revised dates of various activities of election to the aforesaid Councils:-

2. To ensure that elections to the Local Government are conducted honestly justly fairly in accordance with law and to ensure that the corrupt practices are graduated against the Election Commission of Pakistan directs that: –
