The notification no. SO(Ref)/E&SE/R&I/DSS-2022 issued by the Government of KPK Elementary and Secondary Education Department. A notification was issued on 26th January 2022 at Peshawar and the main focus was Double Shift Goervnment Schools programs in KPK.
However, the requirements of Teachers who are working in double-shift schools programs are discussed. So, teachers who are willing to participate must perform assign responsibilities.
Body of Notification:
Consequent to approval summary by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is hereby notified to fix stipend subsistence allowances for PTCs engaged teachers in different Double Shift Government Schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with immediate effect as per the following a breakup;

| 3 | For Higher Secondary Schools | At least 2nd class Masters in relevant subject | Rs. 28000 |
| 4 | For Higher Secondary Level Schools 11-12 class | At least 2nd class Masters in relevant subject | Rs. 30000 |
The above-fixed pay per month will be prorated for the number of absences in a month before being paid.
The teachers are to be engaged by PTCs purely on a temporary basis to overcome the shortage of teachers in Government schools as a stop-gap arrangement in line with Rule 24 of the PTC guidelines as per already defined POLICY FOR ENGAGEMENT OF TEACHERS THROUGH PTCs
Further in order or operationalize the nonfunctional schools in the province, closed due to unavailability of teachers with prescribed qualifications, the qualification criteria for PTCs hired teachers for all Government schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is hereby relaxed on following lines till the availability of teachers as per the following table.
