The notification no. 2326-43/AE-IV/AT/Appointment/Adhoc/NTA issued by the Office of the District Education Officer (Male) Dera Ismail Khan. A notification was issued on 4th February 2022 at DI Khan and the main focus was the Appointment of Arabic teachers in various Schools of DI Khan.
However, the newly appointed teachers of 2019 are extended their contract for another year. The details of notification are discussed below;
Body of Notification:
Consequent upon the Expiry of one Year of contract / above basics. The following Arabic Teacher AT BPS-15 is hereby extended for another year for the period mentioned against each name, in BPS-15 fixed plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules and existing policy of Provincial Government on the terms and conditions given below with effect from the date of taking over charge in the interest of public service.

- No TA/DA etc. is allowed
- Charge reports should be submitted to all concerned in duplicate
- Their Services are liable to termination on one-month notice from either side In case of resignation without notice his one – month payroll allowance shall be forfeit to the Government treasury
- They will be governed by such rules and regulations as may be issued from time to time by the Govt
- Their Services shall be terminated at any time in case his performance is found unsatisfactory during his / her contract period in Case of misconduct he she shall be proceed under their rules framed from time to time
- The appointment is made on school based.
